Hello! My name is Amina. I’ve been working for Bosnian House for more than a year now in 2022. Being a part of this team is very joyful and we are all like one big family. When I first started working here, it surprised me that our company is very appreciated in Dubai and I’m happy for the opportunity to share our pure Bosnian culture to other nationalities here. What excites me the most is seeing happy guests and customers. I started as a hostess, continued as a waitress and then got promoted to work as one of the managers in Global Village. I’m very excited about my future career in this company.

Hello, my name is Selma Sejdić. 2022/2023 is my second season working for Bosnian House in Global Village. I love working with new guests every day and making them happy with our service. Bosnian House is a wonderful workplace and I have picked up on a lot of skills on how to deal with multi-nationality individuals and learn about their cultures, but also how to co-exist and serve them. Global Village is definitely something new for me, amazing experience and looking forward to many more seasons with Bosnian House!

Bosnian House has given me so many possibilities to improve my practical knowledge and abilities. Hi, my name is Demir Baškan. I’m 28 years old. I started my career at Bosnian House during 2021/2022 season as a Cashier, and in the following year I was promoted to be a Restaurant manager. It’s an honour and a privilege to be part of an organization that deeply cares about its employees and customers. The work environment is challenging, exciting, positive and feels like family. The team ensembled here is great, and the leadership is the strongest I have ever been associated with. I truly respect all of my colleagues not just for their work ethic, but for their passion toward this organization as well.

Hello. My name is Adela Đozgić and 2022/2023 is the 7th season at Bosnian House in Global Village for me. Global Village is a huge multicultural theme park made up of 78 different nations and Bosnia and Herzegovina is a part of it, all thanks to our company Bosnian House. For me it was very exciting and challenging to work in such an environment. I am glad to be part of a team in a company that strives to pay attention to each employee and to take care of their professional and private needs. Bosnian House gives the opportunity for success to everyone who has ambitions and is willing to learn and develop regardless of previous experience and that's what I like the most here!
